You’re Invited: A Look Inside Shipt’s NYC “Special Delivery” Pop-Up
Shipt is popping up in New York City for a one-day-only Special Delivery: No Ordinary Pop-Up, an immersive experience designed to showcase how everyday deliveries support the moments that matter most.

Join Shipt in SoHo on April 25! This pop-up will translate Shipt’s new brand platform, “No Order Is Ordinary,” into a tangible, real-world environment. This free event is open to the public, and highlights include:
An immersive, custom ‘home’ in SoHo: Artful vignettes within the space will reflect the role Shipt plays in everyday life, from shared meals and daily routines to small but meaningful gestures of care. The experience will highlight how even the simplest orders can carry deeper meaning.
Exciting brand giveaways: Guests will walk away with branded takeaways, including their very own iconic Shipt tote bag complete with customized flair from the “build-your-own charm bar”, plus an extended Shipt free trial offer. Three lucky winners will also receive a grand prize of $500 in Shipt credits alongside an annual membership.
Portraits for a Purpose*: Shipt will donate an additional $10 for every social post using #ShiptGivesBack (tagging @Shipt), helping provide up to 500,000 meals to New Yorkers in need.

VIP Preview event with Shipt Partner Sterling K. Brown and Lifestyle Expert Ally Love
Shipt kicked off the experience with an exclusive, VIP opening event with media, influencers, friends and family. During the event, Sterling was joined by Chief Marketing Officer Alia Kemet for an intimate conversation moderated by popular Peloton Instructor + VP, Instructor Strategy & Development, TODAY On-Air Contributor, and Founder & CEO, Love Squad Ally Love. Together, they reflected on how delivery fits seamlessly into real life—supporting routines, responsibilities, and the moments in between. The conversation underscored Shipt’s commitment to storytelling that centers on real experiences and emotional connection.
