Shipt Unveils Sponsored Substitutions at Shoptalk, the Latest Retail Media Solution from its Innovation Lab

Emerging from Shipt’s Innovation Lab, the first-of-its-kind feature allows brands to seamlessly elevate their products in the substitution process, combining powerful advertising with Shipt’s signature personal touch.

Shipt is excited to unveil the launch of an industry-first feature: Sponsored Substitutions. Designed to transform the out-of-stock experience - what previously was a moment of friction- into powerful opportunities for brands to drive visibility and conversion right at the point of decision. 

With this new feature, brands can soon bid in real-time to have their relevant items surfaced as a recommended replacement when a customer's requested item is out of stock, even adding a promotion on top.
